🚚 Shipping

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.

Orders are fulfilled within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery takes 4–14 business days depending on the product and your location.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package in real-time.

♻️ Returns & Refunds

All returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to approval and must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Email us at hello@tekvyn.com with your order number and reason for return, or fill out the return form on our Returns & Refunds page.

Once we receive the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
